About

Trina Lee

Welcome to Opposite of Perfect, or OOP, for short. This blog is where I will occasionally share recipes and menus from dinner parties I host. Everyone who knows me, knows that I love to cook for family and friends. I use mostly easy-to-find ingredients, and while a few of my recipes are all-day events, most are quick enough for weeknight meals.

My name is Trina, AKA NotAbbieNormal – a 40-something year-old graphic designer living in the West Georgia area. Besides cooking, I love science fiction, hiking in the mountains and exercising for fitness and fun. I collect cats, white milk glass, cookbooks, seashells, rocks and other weird stuff.

All of the recipes on this blog are either my original creations or are adapted from cookbooks, magazines or other recipes on the blogosphere.  I cook mostly low-carb foods but do not restrict my recipes to any specific diet. You will find both sugar-free and full sugar sweets, gluten-free and gluten laden breads, as well as low carb and high carb dishes. All things in moderation.

Thanks for stopping by! Trina

Hi Trina, thanks for the invite. I love recipes. I will have to try the fajita soup. Sounds delicious. Much love, Carolyn
